Fearful to Fired Up!

This is my team (so far); my C.A.R.E. network.  You guys all have the Courage to take Action Relevant to Everyone.  In the first three weeks of hosting Corporate Talk, I've learned many things from each of you; many.  I've also received many comments on the show.  When I say comments I'm not talking about my speaking skills, I'm always improving them.  I'm talking about comments specific to the content of the program. Most have been very positive; that's good.  Some have been negative; your basic "I'm too good to learn anything here, what was I thinking" stuff.

I'm sharing this with you because I want to show you how much you have tought me!

In the past, believe me I would go after these guys; who the hell do they think they are anyway.  Imagine receiving nothing from Marilyn's story or Junes work with Dr. Vijay Pillay!  How ignorant.

These are the ones that need me most, these are the ones desperate to become C.A.R.E. certified in the workplace, these are the "noisemakers" that Marilyn says we MUST BLOCK OUT!

I get it, my mission is to help the noisemakers; they are my target audience.

This will be a challenge but I have a great team behind me.  I'm not letting this go; the C.A.R.E. network will grow, the world will be a better place; at least the corporate world.  I'm convinced our companies need us now more than ever and we also need the work; so what's holding us back? 

This week, I purposely moved out a guest to make the C.A.R.E brand the guest.  I'm looking forward to a great show, almost like a teleseminar.

Rabbi Deborah Schloss is a Conservative rabbi, ordained by the Jewish Theological Seminary in 1996. I have served congregations in West VA, Winnipeg, Manitoba, and Texas. I currently serve as the rabbi of Temple Beth Tikvah in Clear Lake and also work as a chaplain at the MEDVAMC, specializing in palliative care and hospice. I am married and am the proud mother of a 12 year old daughter.

My first marriage which unexpectedly and suddenly ended, It helped me realize that with the support of family and friends I was able to do more than I realized was possible at the time and through now!
