Todd McArthur is a Master Fitness Trainer, Speed, Agility and Quickness and also a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Health and Fitness Consultant. Mr. McArthur’s mission and dedication is to enhance and motivate individuals to a Healthier Lifestyle, through Positive Attitude, Exercise and Nutrition. Mr. McArthur is results-oriented. As a Former Professional Football Player in the National Football League (NFL) and Canadian Football League (CFL), Mr. McArthur knows the importance of Health and Fitness and the role that commitment and dedication plays in a Healthy Lifestyle. With over 17 years of varied experience, Todd has yielded a superior track record in Health Seminars, motivating Clients, Coaching Middle & High School Football, Basketball and Track and Teaching Special-Education & At-Risk Children.
Mr. McArthur is currently the Owner/CEO, of SMT Pro Athlete, Houston, Texas as a Master Fitness Trainer. Mr. McArthur’s Professional Experience includes Speed, Strength, Conditioning for Middle, High School, College, and Professional Athletes in Houston and Katy, Texas. He was a Personal Fitness Trainer for 24 Hour Fitness, and for the Fort Bend YMCA and Teacher/Coach with HISD and Alief Independent School District. Todd ran his First Half Marathon in January, 2009 and in February, Conoco Phillips Rodeo 10K Run. His wife, Sheila McArthur is also a Personal Trainer/Administrator of Coordinating Events, Health Seminars, and ran the 5K along with their 2 sons, Marcus and Ryan McArthur at 17 and 16 years of age (Students of Katy High School, Back to Back State Football Champions). Todd and Sheila are proud parents of a 2 year old baby girl, Leisha Brihanna McArthur.
