TPM009 - UltraBay
Die UltraBay dürfte wohl zu den auffälligsten Merkmalen zahlreicher ThinkPads gehören. Zwischen 1993 und 2017 wurden insgesamt 14 Iterationen des beliebten Wechselmodulslots vorgestellt. Neben optischen Laufwerken und üblichen Festplatten-Adaptern gab es auch nischige Adapter und kuriose Peripherie.
Es gibt ein kleines Update zum Linux-Support von Qualcomms Snapdragon X1 Elite und das L16 Gen 1 AMD schneidet in einem ersten Testbericht gut ab. Das Museum war auch Thema auf der SUBSCRIBE 11 in Berlin während neue Geräte den Weg in die Sammlung gefunden haben.
