With winter well and truly setting in, Dave and Jonny catch up with Moss Landman, a physio who works with the Dublin Hurling team as well as some of Ireland's top golfers including European Tour player, Niall Kearney.

Moss is a certified Pilates, strength and conditioning and Titleist Performance Institute (golf-specific) instructor who talked to the lads about what kind of injuries he sees in golf and what we all can do this winter to build our strength and mobility for the 2022 season!
