Jad Dagher is a writer on Twitter under the name "The Eastern Way," an account where he shares ancient eastern philosophical insights to address anxiety in the modern world. Aside from writing his own content, Jad is also a Twitter ghostwriter while still a college student.
In this episode, Jad and I had a very wide-ranging conversation, as we talked about topics all the way from eastern philosophies like Taoism and Buddhism to being Twitter ghostwriters. We also dove into the topic of psychedelics which was a really fun part of the conversation and a topic that has been long overdue on this podcast.

Matt Izzo is a Fitness coach and entrepreneur. He has gone through an inspiring weight-loss journey, losing 75 pounds three separate times, and now coaches others along their weight-loss journey. Rather than just giving generic fitness advice like walking 10,000 steps or eating fewer calories, Matt takes a holistic approach to weight loss by analyzing his client's psychology and changing their belief structures.
This episode taught me a lot about weight loss, overall health and wellness, and how our beliefs impact our eating habits and health. I think you'll come away from this episode with the same takeaways.

Ronen Hayempour is a 14-year-old creator and aspiring entrepreneur on Twitter. He is from Los Angeles, California, and is particularly interested in business, investing, and Stoicism.
In this episode, Ronen and I talk about why we started off on Twitter, whether it's smart to turn your Twitter account into a business or keep your business and personal brand separate, and going pretty deep into sleep and Stoic philosophy.
I had a ton of fun getting to know Ronen in this episode, and I'm eager to see his growth and progress over the next couple of years. 20 years from now, you may be able to say you first heard Ronen speak at 14 years old on this podcast. I think his future is that bright.
