This past week has sucked. No denying that. My Pop unexpectedly passed away on Thursday and I've been thrown right back into grief. Rather than trying to push past the pain, I'm inviting it into this episode to share with you everything it's teaching me about what matters most in life. I'm also drawing upon the love I have for my Pop and what his legacy has taught me about happiness and the simple things. It's 6 powerful wake up calls that are so important to remember yet so easy to forget if we don't make an effort to remind ourselves of them daily.

I dedicate this 28th episode to my beloved Pop, George William Moore. Thank you for the beautiful footprint you've left in my heart and on my life, I love you Pop x
