Mohamed Diab has been the CEO of CVS Accountable Care since April 2022, where he oversees the development and execution of value-based care strategies. A trained physician with an MBA from St. John’s University, Mohamed previously served as President and CEO of ActiveHealth Management and Health Data Management Solutions at CVS/Aetna. He also led Aetna’s provider transformation efforts, creating joint-venture strategies with major health systems.

Before joining HDMS, Mohamed was a Principal at PwC’s Health Industries Advisory practice and managed medical and pharmacy benefit operations at two large regional health plans. He has extensive experience working nationally on value-based care models, including pay-for-performance and payer-provider partnerships.
