T.I. and Tiny that has captured the attention of many people. If you do remember, earlier last week, Sabrina Peterson (Tiny's friend) alleged that T.I. had put a gun to her head, and Tiny responded to the allegation. 

Now T.I. and Tiny are speaking out in response to the allegations. In a statement released to Complex from a spokesperson, they said in a statement:

"Mr. and Mrs. Harris want to be on record and, more importantly, want the public to know they emphatically deny in the strongest way possible the egregiously appalling allegations being made against them by Sabrina Peterson. The Harrises have had difficulty with this woman for well over a decade. They are taking this matter very seriously."

Happy Black History Month & Happy First of February! 

I think its so beautiful when the first of a month lands on a Monday ( I love Mondays btw) 

“Frequency” is a new term; I don’t think that’s the clinical term, but it relates to VIBES! Your frequency will always attract your tribe, whether that relates to friendships, love, business partners etc.

Take a moment to reflect on how you feel after specific interactions with people. Do you feel drained ?! Do you feel creative, filled with energy?

How do you maneuver or deal with people/friends/ family that you feel no longer serve your soul’s journey ?!

I want to hear from you; leave me some advice. As always, stay beautiful, stay safe & stay 6 feet away from me.

When your mind is all over the place and distracted, it's time to return to sender. I know I've been big on mediation, focusing my energy and my mind, but sometimes thought just come all at once, and its wild. I've learned that the past won't come back, the present is a gift and nobody promised us tomorrow. 

Empty your mind from worries and fill them with things people/things you love and comforting thoughts that'll help you be more present. 

I challenge you this weekend to be more present.

Immigration: A federal judge on Tuesday barred the U.S. government from enforcing a 100-day deportation moratorium that is a key immigration priority of President Joe Biden.

U.S. District Judge Drew Tipton issued a temporary restraining order sought by Texas, which is sued against a Department of Homeland Security memo that instructed immigration agencies to pause most deportations. Tipton said the Biden administration had failed “to provide any concrete, reasonable justification for a 100-day pause on deportations.” WILDDD; I know ! I'll keep you guys posted on the latest with immigration reform.

The Biden administration will resume efforts to redesign the $20 bill to feature abolitionist Harriet Tubman, the White House said Monday.

Do you think Harriet Tubman on the 20 dollar bill is progress? Are we making progress as a nation ? 

Well Press secretary Jen Psaki said it's important that "our money ... reflect the history and diversity of our country, and Harriet Tubman's image gracing the new $20 note would certainly reflect that. Let me know what you think !

Sometimes we let go of the past, but we hold on to the trauma. Today's Trigger point will discuss why someone triggered me because he was moving " too slow," and it allowed me to reflect on past failed relationships and my own patterns. I dive into love bombing, devaluing, discarding, manipulation, adopting toxic traits, and leaving it all behind. 

I hope you can release and heal whatever doesn't serve your soul's purpose.
