  • Dr Jess Armine. A New Approach to Trauma Recovery

My guest today is the wonderful guest, Dr. Armine, and what he has to share with the audience is that mental disorders are caused by past trauma. He argues that we have to treat both the cause and the effect at the same time. Dr.Jess further expands that emotional trauma is connected to a person's survival instincts.

If we are only treating clients at one level, they fall backwards on the other three levels.

Dr.Jess suggests we must treat the individual mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

If clients are being treated for mental illness and aren't getting better, then that would imply something is being neglected.

Dr.Jess believes that if we use medication only to suppress the traumatic memory and how it manifests, then, like Chornobyl, it will find other ways to come out.

Dr.Jess spoke about his personal battle as a father fighting for the well-being of his son, who was diagnosed with schizophrenia.

Something we don't think enough sbout are what we're putting into our bodies, and what we're not putting into our bodies.

There is more to the solution, and thankfully, we have committed humans, like Dr. Jess Armine, striving to make a big difference in the world of treating past trauma and the effect it has on the human body.

  • Larry Brandt Carrying a Message of Hope to all Veterans

I am delighted to have Larry Brandt, an Army chaplain and then a chaplain to the Navy, Marines, and emergency service folks.

Larry, best known as 'Chaps' to those who know him, expands on how to help those who feel church-hurt, disenfranchised, the lost, the forlorn, and the hopeless.

Chaps believe God will be available to you, right where you are. It's not a case of you having to get to a level set by any denomination; the truth is God loves you and wants a personal, intimate relationship with you exactly as you are and where you are.

Chaps is a big advocate of healing 'the invisible wounds', from trauma that was against them or they might have enacted.

PTSD is something that happens to us, but there is something deeper, 'Moral Injury', than conflicts with the essence of being a natural human being, mentally, emotionally, physically, and especially spiritually. We can become so filled with shame and guilt that the corruption of their soul can't be forgiven.

Chaps shares the power of prayer and how simple it can be.

God isn't Santa; He is not a 'go-getcha' figure like Santa.

Building a relationship with God is the one thing you can do to better your life.

Two-Way Prayer is very effective in all its forms.

Imagine your conversation answered, and how would that look?

If we can find meaning even in something bad, then we can dissipate the energy attached to it.

Larry shares his story of coming to Christ, from age 7 to who he is today.

  • A New Therapy for Mental Disorders

This episode is a shout-out to all the people who work in the mental health industry with mental disorders. The mental health industry, in a recent study, admitted that 39% of all people diagnosed with mental disorders were misdiagnosed. This means that some 390 million people and 120 million children have been misdiagnosed.

If you have clients attending your practice that have been in therapy for years, with multiple therapists and multiple medications, and the only thing changing in their lives is that their diagnosis keeps evolving into something else, then there is a very good chance that the client might be one of 'i in every 4 clients misdiagnosed'.

This program, I believe, is a Godsend. This is the first of its kind to offer the individual client a complete healing of their mental disorder by having the focus put on what happened in the past to their inner child, rather than how that makes them feel

When the client realizes the past is none of their business, and all they need do, is give the details and the baggage of that memory back to their inner child, who was the actual victim, they can make a full recovery.

The benefit of this to your clients is tremendous, but on a personal note, can you imagine clients on your books, clients who came to you, have been in the system for decades, and finally, you have a solution that enables you to close such files?

    How good would that feel?

I am always impressed by the people who choose the lifestyle of a helper. Their goal is to make a difference in the lives of those they serve.

It must be heart-wrenching and soul-destroying to see so many suffer, and there has never been a viable solution before.

It's almost like, for all of your training and learning, your efforts amount to putting plasters on open wounds.

But then, out of the blue, as if from nowhere, you have a solution, a spiritual solution to heal the hole in the soul of those clients, and for you personally, it feels like you can make a difference.

"If I get my clients to do this work and break free of the bondage of the past, then they will be free to focus all their attention and intentions on the work I am trained and more than capable of achieving with them."

I believe we each were chosen by God to make a difference in the lives of those who were put in our care.

I believe your hands have literally been tied, by the past intruding on your work, you might at times have almost felt like giving up.

But then, as if from nowhere, there is a spiritual solution placed in front of you that revitalizes your self-belief that you can make a difference

  • You can Heal Yourself of any Mental Disorder in Three Hours

First, might I point out we are talking about mental disorders caused by any past trauma memory rather than a mental illness.

Science tells us we should be focusing on the Cause and not the Effect

The Cause is what happened in the past, in another lifetime to our inner child

The Effect is the mental disorder diagnosis; how the energy of that memory manifests in our lives in the present; in our thinking, feelings, behaviors and habits.

How this program works is quite simple, what happened in the past happened to your inner child, it didnt happen to you.

They were the victim of the event,

    You are the survivor

Two completely different aspects of the same person, from two completely different lifetimes, with two different life experiences,

Your younger self can't jump into the future to suffer your life in the present and by the same count, you cant change or undo any of the past, because it's none of your business and more importantly, its humanly impossible to.

With Trauma Recovery Anonymous, we give the details, the baggage and the sympathy pains you carry for your younger self, back to them in a simple 2 hour spiritual and holistic practice, followed by a full introduction to the 12 steps of Trauma Recovery Anonymous as a design for living, for the rest of our days,

This has always been an inside job.

Remove the Cause from our psyche and there is no longer any rhyme or reason to suffer the Effect.

It's a decision we each have to make for ourselves

stop asking and answering the question

"how did/does that make you feel?"

and start asking and answering the right question

"What happened in the past, to your younger self, your inner child, a lifetime ago, that causes/caused you to feel that way?"

Understand, you were never the victim, you are the Survivor!!

  • How to Meditate

I never felt i could meditate, that i wasn't built to sit still and know God. When i was younger i attended candlelight Christian meditation practices and always attempting to be quiet, i would fall into a deep sleep, snore slightly, disrupting the session for the other attendees, with the priest kindly suggesting meditation isn't for me, at least not there.

Over the years i have had mentors and sponsors who have attempted to help me find the promised land, but its always been a stretch too far for me.

When my children were born there was a feeling of an obligation to introduce my children to a concept of God, it was my thinking i wouldn't force it on to them as they grew up but it would mean as they got older they could make a fair decision for themselves.

This let me back to Christian meditation which involved focusing on scripture and this was something i could manage.

I suffered with a racing mind, stinking and faulty feeling and so there was no chance i would ever have a void in my thoughts, so being allowed to fill it with something good and holy worked for me.

Later on, i got talking to a Protestant minister who informed me; being capable of focusing on depression or anxiety for long periods was the work of an expert meditator. The fact that i could focus my mind, heart and feelings on either depression or anxiety for long periods, meant i was an expert at meditation.

He suggested each time i felt the call of the depression or anxiety, i was to focus on all things gratitude/

To simply think of every person, place and thing, all my abilities, education, my senses, my skills, my family, friends, favorite people, my phone, a roof over my head, being alive, to really focus on every little thing to the big things why i am so lucky.

I learned the most common form of meditation is 'TO WORRY'

So, in your darkest hour, as a dog might worry on a bone, you worry on all things, thoughts and feelings.

In no time at all you will find a change in how you feel and think about you and your situation.

Being an expert on meditation, you now know its up to you to decide what you will focus your meditation of thoughts and feelings on

We can be our own worst enemy or best friend...

  • You can Heal Yourself Today of any Mental Disorder Caused by a Past Memory

The truth is, we only exist in these 24 hours today.

What happened in the past happened to our inner child, it didnt happen to us.

We need to return the baggage and details of the event back to it's rightful owner, so they can leave this plane of existence

Trauma Recovery Anonymous is that solution,

This is a simple 2 part solution to enable the individual break free of the energy attached to the memory, that is eating away at the person, by returning the past back to the inner child. This process is permanent and long lasting.

Once we give the memory back to the inner child, we are free of it, therefore the knock on effect is we also become free of the Effect of that memory, which was those reactions that make up the diagnosis.

The second part of the process is to break the dysfunctional behaviors and bad habits of the  mental disorder misdiagnosis.

This is the 2 hour healing event, we undertake to remove the energy of the memory from our psyche; mentally, emotionally, physically ands spiritually

    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DPM5N1FN

The second part of the program, is the embracing the 12 steps of Trauma Recovery Anonymous to undo the learned dysfunctional behaviors and bad habits of that diagnosis, that no longer has any rhyme or reason to be suffered and endured in the present

    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DPM68FFQ

Richard will take you through this healing event

the cost of this 3 hour event is €60 per person

Richard, can take up to 100 persons on this spiritual awakening journey

we use one formula for all

"I carry the memory of what happened to my inner child, and sympathy pains, as a show of support and solidarity, for the Loss of Innocence they suffered."

In this way, no one is triggered and there is safety in numbers, and if you have been in longtime therapy; the idea of having to tell your story to another stranger might prove very challenging; but in this way, we can all talk about the label 'Loss of Innocence' as it relates to our own memory.

  • Choose No Other God but I

Raised a Roman Catholic; disillusioned with that faith; losing my way, When I chose, drugs, or medication, alcohol or any other mood altering chemical, I was replacing Him with that substance.

When I choose to identify with a mood disorder or condition, I was making the choice in that moment, to declare my God, that I would worship and invest all my time, energy and money in would be depression or ptsd, or some such.

When i would not forgive myself of others, i was rejecting God.

and there were his 3 principles that I had been breaking on a daily basis

1 Do not worship any other God but I

    2. Do not use the Lord's name in vain

3 Do not harm one hair on the head of a child of God

I think  I have covered the first point well enough

The second point is psychologically proven; what we focus on we manifest into our lives; if we focus on the past, we are focusing on a dead thing and the death, decay and disease of that dead thing, destroys ourselves and everyone and everything it touches.

We are not to give life to a dead thing, nor are we to attach His name to it, by declaring:

'I AM' that thing …. is the terrible mistake we make

We are our own worst enemy

Finally understand, the greatest sin you can commit is to harm one hair on the head of a child of God.

Know Jesus who died on the cross for us, to grant us salvation for all our sins, was a JEW!!

If we are to declare ourselves as Christians, then the first line we draw in the sand must be:

We stand shoulder to shoulder with the descendants of Jesus, the chosen people of the Creator, The JEWISH nation.

Anything less than that, is the worst sin we can possibly perform.

if the Jewish people perform genocide, then that is between them and God, your job is to stand with the descendants of Jesus, as a Christian.

We can't declare we are a Christian and against Israel also.

Are you for Christ or an Anti- Christ?

You have to make that decision and you need to  make it now, for the sake of your soul and that of your descendants for the next 7 generations

  • What is Eating Away at You?

Whatever we worry about, eats away at us in one of two ways.

Either it eats away as us in physical, mental or emotional illnesses, that doctors cannot diagnose. Even through taking tests, they can't figure out what the problem is.

In simple terms, the past is none of our business, not ours to worry about and so we need to return it to it's rightful owner, our younger self, our inner child.

It's not a mental problem, it's not even an emotional porblem; it might manifest in those ways, but the problem is

something happened in the past, to our inner child, it didnt happen to the person i am today, and my whole life is in this moment, and i need to return the baggage and details of what they went through, back to them and to achieve this is a simple, safe and non intrusive way.

And ,there is no simpler way, that to embrace the 2 part process of Trauma Recovery Anonymous; to give the details and the baggage of the past back to it's rightful owner, my inner child; and them to complete the 12 steps of Trauma Recovery Anonymous to create a new way of living, one day at a time, always focusing on the 24 hours we find ourselves in, in that moment.

in this way we can break free from the stress, depression and despair of a past not ours, and by concentrating on staying focused on the present, the anxiety and fear of the unknown future cannot come into our lives, unless we invite it in.

this has always been an inside job
