  • Ellen Lubensky "the detrimental effects of medication and informed consent"

I am not a conspiracy theorist, and I don't believe Ellen is either, but Ellen shares her truth, of her own life experience, and how she fights for the rights of the individual

In Ellen's own words, It is a cheap solution to medicate individuals, rather that look for  a fuller more  rounded solution

This is Ellen's journey, her courageous knowledge and experience to tell people;  it's a good thing to  speak up about your experiences, good or bad, to be heard and in so doing your message might be heard by others

Ellen understands that medication can and does help many cases, but Ellen believes we need to give informed direction so that each person receives the right to be protected in all situations.

Ellen, sharing her inspired story, is a wonderful gift, if any of the audience suffer with self-care or they worry for others who suffer with poor care, or feel broken, then this message is for you.

if you ever feel as though, you might have been one of the 390 million people misdiagnosed with a mental disorder, and you want answers and a new solution that works, then reaching out to Ellen would be a good place to start.

Ellen can be reached across social media using her name

  • We are not Burying Our heads in the sand, to deny Depression & PTSD

    https://www.podbean.com/eas/pb-64x4g-1af20e7

We are not burying our heads in the sand to deny Depression or PTSD.

We choose not to bury our heads in the sands of the past to deny Depression and PTSD.

We choose affirmative action to stay fully present in the present, this gift from God.

We see that what happened in the past happened to our inner child; they were the victim of their trauma

We sit in the present hour, in the here and now, and their trauma isn't happening to the person we are today, and therefore it is not ours to suffer or process today.

Our meaning and purpose are not to be found in our inner child's victimhood of their trauma.

Our meaning and purpose can only be found in our own lifetime in this hour right now.

Being fully present in this moment in time, free from the bondage of the past and the fear of the unknown future, is where we find our meaning and purpose in life.

When we see the truth of this and embrace it, we keep depression and ptsd at bay.

Be Still & Know I AM God

Be still means to be present, to commit to being fully focused on life in this present hour, right now. In this case, cast out your demons, tell the voices in your head that undermine and ridicule you and me, to feck off for this one hour.

Know I AM reaffirms that your place in life right now is to be fully focused on being present in this moment in time. It's a call to action. refrain from using the past or future tenses for this one hour, you are only to make I AM statements, and they all have to be about being alive, present, and a part of life, family, friends, community, and society for this I AM one hour.

God  understand, for this period of time, you have been worshipping the False God of Depression or PTSD, and that False God only offers hopelessness, despair, depression, loneliness, more stress, more rejection, more isolation, leading you further into the dark pit of that nest of vipers.

But choose the god that offers you, even you, miracles in this moment, and you find yourself filling up with hope, joy, tolerance, patience, empathy, kindness, willingness, you find the courage to climb out of that pit of darkness, to throw open the curtains of your mind or your bedroom and let the light in.

Only you can do this for yourself, but you can share this with others. There might be a person in your contacts worse off than you; they might be in a social group or support group, putting on a brave face, ready to give up, and you share this with them, and you save them.

    How good would that feel?

You, at your lowest, making a difference, saving lives.

    Nothing happens by chance

I believe God put me in your path so that you could save a life, yours or another's.

  • There is only One Solutoin to Depression & PTSD

There is only one solution to Depression & PTSD.

That solution is to understand depression and ptsd find their purpose and meaning in what happened to our inner child, and therefore, they have no right, rhyme, or reason for us to invite them into our present.

Understandably, we can't just bury our heads in the sand and pretend that what happened in the past wasn't hurtful.

But we can be honest to accept it didn't happen to the person we are today, open-minded enough to see that no matter what we do, all the therapy and medication we embrace, things are not getting better, that they are gradually getting worse. And we can be willing to believe the truth that how we react and respond are manifestations of something deeper, a hole in our soul, eating away at us.

This willingness helps us to accept that we have a broken spirit, a spiritual illness, a spiritual bankruptcy that undermines our self-belief and robs us of the ability to be true to the human being we are meant ot be today.

We only exist in today, in this moment in time, in this hour right now.

We don't exist in any of our yesterdays, and therefore, all of our pasts are none of our business, which invariably means we have the right, rhyme, or reason to suffer depression or ptsd for something from our past that didn't happen to us.

We must break free of the bondage of the past by giving the details and baggage of the past back to its rightful owner, our inner child, so they can step into the light and cross over.

When they do, we feel it in our whole beings; mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

  • Kerisme Vere- a new & different approach to 12 step support

it was with great pleasure that I met with Keirsme. I am always on the lookout for guests with hope to offer, and especially with a message of hope that can differ from my own.

Kerisme whole program focuses on a loving kindness approach to self care.

On her journey to recovery, after attempting to resurrect her life through 14 years of 12 step recovery, her old demons came back to haunt her, and Kerisme fell to those demons, overcome and overpowered by unwanted memories, She  lost her recovery time and almost her sanity.

But, Kerisme is made of stronger stuff and she understood that any addiction or dysfunctional behavior is a manifestation of  something deeper and she would need to address that if she were to find peace.

Like with my  program, her program focuses on a more holistic solution. The beauty of her program is that Kerisme targets as much as possible, menially, emotionally, physically, spiritually, financially and environmentally.

A key concept in her working with others, is that it is not one fit for all. Granted when we talk about our addictive coping skills, the base line has to be total abstinence. But with conditions that are more manageable the 80% - 20% approach can be highly effective.

if your client is lets say addicted to their phone, it might be an impossible ask to suggest they stop completely, but  maybe you set a healthy boundary where they are to hold strictly to an 80% phone free periods, and 20% of agreed free time and space.

No more 'I got to' or 'I have to' ; this is about being kind to self, and making the journey  achievable and as pleasant as possible, while getting to one's goals.

I do hope you find comfort and encouragement to continue on the journey of life and with Kerisme in your corner, i believe things will begin to get easier.

  • Onward Christian Soldier

At some point, every Christian must stand and voice their loyalty to God, our Father, the Creator of all.

In this day and age of wokism, attacking the fabric of Christian society, and the invasion of Islam into the West, each Christian man, woman, and child needs to stand and be counted.

Aside from the 10 Commandments, God made a covenant with the Jewish people for all eternity, and if we wish to remain members of His flock, we had better be committed to upholding and supporting His covenant.

To be opposed to that covenant, to turn against the Jewish people, to attack or abandon them, is a clear breach of God's expectations, and the pain of this betrayal will be skin to  Judas and his betraying Jesus.

If we take this path, we can no longer call ourselves Christian or children of God.

Either we are for God, or we are against Him.

Furthermore, Jesus, who died for our sins and the salvation of our souls, was himself a Jew. We had better remember that when we think on what lengths we are willing to go to, for the tribe of Jesus.

I hear the talk of Genocide, but it is not our job to judge God's children; we are to let God do that himself. We are to stand shoulder to shoulder with God's chosen children at all times, regardless of the circumstances.

When we stand opposed to Israel and the Jewish people, we do the work of Satan and the Anti-Christ; this is wrong on so many levels, and the sins of the father shall be visited on the children for 7 generations.

As human beings, many of us find some of the 10 commandments to uphold all the time, but we need to teach our children that God's covenant with the Jewish people must always be supported if we want to maintain our salvation.

Either we are Christians who love and fear the Lord, or we are the Anti-Christ; we can't be both.

Choose wisely, your soul and that of your descendants for 7 generations depend on that decision.

  • Depression & PTSD are disillusioned states of being

The truth is the past is none of our business. Period.

There can be no argument or discussion on this truth.

We only exist in these 24 hours today, this one hour here and now, to be more precise.

We can't even step back into yesterday, let alone a past trauma memory, and there is no guarantee the future might ever happen.

All we have is this moment in time

Bringing the past or future into the present is part of the lie so many have been conditioned to believe.

Thinking that we can focus our intention and attention on the past, to find our meaning and purpose, is disillusive and insane.

The fact is, what happened in the past happened to our inner child, a completely different aspect of the person we are today. they sufferered endurded and survived that trauma, so we would have a life today beyond their wildest dreams.

They suffered it. We carry the memory of what happened to them and sympathy pains for them as a show of support and solidarity for what they went through.

But we exist in this hour right now, and to suggest our meaning and purpose are to be found in what happened to our inner child, a lifetime ago, is disilllusional.

  • Victimhood is a Choice

Recently, I saw a post on a social media group suggesting:

"Mental illness is not a choice, don't try to tell me it is."

And I found it quite infuriating. Understandably, mental illness is a state of being, but this was posted on a site for anxiety & depression, making the argument that a mental disorder and a mental illness are one and the same.

That is the conditioned lie that has been foisted on the world's population, especially young children,

Recently, in a study [the National Library of Medicine] the mental health industry admitted that 39 % of all persons diagnosed with mental disorders were misdiagnosed, that is, a whopping 390 million persons out of 1 billion cases.

Can you see 39% or 90% of all cases of mental illness having been misdiagnosed?

Not a chance!  I doubt if you would find 3.9% of mental illness cases as being misdiagnosed.

So, please stop dumping mental disorders under the umbrella of mental illness; it is a crime against mankind and a sin against God.

A mental disorder diagnosis is made in the first 15 minutes of the meeting with the client. This means your whole life is summed up in that meeting, where you are presenting yourself at your worst.

That, in that short space of time, your therapist is trying to come up with some solution to ease the mental and emotional pain you are suffering, and although you are describing moments in your life, you are diagnosed as though this is a permanent state of being, and your decision to accept this diagnosis is a choice; this is Your Choice!

'You can't blame anyone else for this, you have chosen to accept this diagnosis as your new truth, and in that moment you have just sealed your fate.'

A diagnosis is another person's opinion.... nothing more!

It only becomes your truth if you choose to embrace it as such.

But here is the thing, you know, when we go to see any doctor, we will always describe the worst-case scenario, from our experience. We aren't saying that this is our state of being, all day long, 7  days a week; far from it; we are describing moments when we feel powerless over our moods, but choose to believe this diagnosis, and you are accepting that you have a disorder 24/7.

That is you making that decision, that is your choice, and that choice leads to a whole world of brokenness and victimhood.

But there is a solution, you get to break free of the bondage of the past, by returning the baggage and details of the past back to its rightful owner, your inner child, in a safe and non-intrusive manner; and you don't have to do this alone.

  • Your whole Meaning & Purpose in 15 minutes, really?

Unfortunately, mental health professionals are few, and the number of people to be treated with mental and mood disorders far exceeds a manageable population. Therapists have to make their diagnosis within the first 15 minutes, so that they can offer their new client some form of a solution; but sadly, the idea that this diagnosis might be wrong, and yet have the power to rule and define that person's life for the coming months, years, or decades, is a very sad state of affairs.

In a recent study by mental health professionals, it was stated that 39% of all people diagnosed were misdiagnosed [the National Library of Medicine]; that is, 390 million of one billion souls misdiagnosed.

this is a terrible state of affairs, and at some stage, the question has to be asked: Is there a suitable replacement therapy for these poor souls?

I believe the only viable solution is a spiritual one, to heal the hole in one's soul.

to give the details & baggage of the past event back to our inner child

Trauma Recovery Anonymous is that solution.

  • Your Depression is not Yours to Suffer

Your Depression belongs in the past

And the past has no place in the present.

What happened in the past happened to your inner child; it is their burden to carry.

The past, all of it, the depression, despair, and the stress of it belongs to your inner child; it's theirs to carry. Not Yours!

Only their meaning and purpose can be found in their experiences, good asnd bad

Your Meaning & Purpose can only  be found in the present,

A past touched by any trauma is no longer your history.

If you are a male, then your history becomes His -Story [that of your inner child]

If you are a female, your history, no longer yours, becomes Her- story.

This is the truth that shall set you free, as you come to accept the past is none of your business, this means the depression is none of your business either.

You no longer have a choice.

You have to stop suffering the pains and hurts of your inner child.

You have to return to your inner child, all of their baggage, and then walk away from it, without a backward glance, as you step into the land of the living in the here and now.

To do this, one needs a spiritual solution to heal the hole in one's soul

To detach from the energy of the depression that is eating away at you.

    To cast out one's demons

To quieten the voices in our heads

    To slay one's dragons past

    &

To break the bondage of the past completely

There is only one spiritual solution available today

  • Maria Belanic, a Grief counsellor worth listening to

Maria Belanic is an educator and counsellor for grief; having had to deal with grief themselves, they come at the solution from a personal perspective.

Sharing from a personal loss of her son Stefan, Maria shares with us, that its not always easy to take advice from people who care, but don't know what they are talking about.

Many people suggest you act as though they never existed so that you can move on, but in many cases, this can be the worst advice.

Dealing with Grief can seem like we are meant to forget and move on. But the truth, as far as Maria understood it, one needs to never forget their loved one, but to celebrate that person in a healthy response.

Dealing with grief and denying your lost loved one is like 'holding your breath'.

But holding one's breath is not a healthy option.

Maria suggests a better way to deal with grief.

Most spiritual traditions promote a month's mind, where we allow ourselves to grieve.

Witnessing is allowing people who are grieving to express how they really feel.

Maria promotes witnessing , to create a safe place for the griever to express their grief and sorrow.

So many of us literally    'hold our breath'   when it comes to grief.

It's ok to not me ok.

    No judgement, no timeline.

Be aware that your state of Grief will be manifesting in your physical, mental and emotional well-being.

    The C.A.R.E solution:

Compassion;  be ok with where you are today, you don't compare your grief with others, your timeline is  perfect for you.

Acknowledge: without judgement, be aware of your thoughts and feelings,

Releasing: let go of all the 'if's' and 'should have's'

Exhale: be open to letting go,  let go of Loss & Love in the same breath.
