  • Parenting with Trauma
Parenting is hard. It's even harder with trauma when your inner wounds come up in the form of your younger self and you find yourself acting like your children. In this episode I take you through a guided meditation to help you decipher what it is your trauma is saying, so that you may reset and integrate that part into your life to find emotional regulation, safety, and peace. This is important to understand to separate your emotional reactions from your kids' emotional reactions when they trigger you. I also discuss having parenting "time outs" and what these look like.

Established in late 2020, he leads his listeners on a journey of his own personal experience of being groomed by a sexual predator in conversation with his oldest friend, John Conlon. Opening up the dialogue in this forum makes the topic less taboo and provides a safe place to access resources.
