Storms come in our lives. There is no way to get around that. Your boat is only at risk of sinking when there is an influx of water. Ships never flood when going through water. The only time they sink is when water goes through them. Think about it.  Are you allowing water in your boat? Are you sinking because of your confessions, lack of faith, fear or even pride? Our lives are not meant to sink but rather to weather any storm or obstacle so that we may come out on the other side anew. Studies show that approximately 689 million people live in poverty. Although poverty is often discussed when referring to dollars and cents, quality of life is also a part of this dynamic. Living in poverty means a life of struggle and deprivation and yet so many people live this way. How can it change? How can we make a better life for ourselves, our children and their children? When the word “prosperity” comes to mind most people think of money. Both seem to be synonymous in our society, however, prosperity means much more! Your bank account can be prosperous, yet your marriage could be on the brink of divorce. Having financial wealth is great but what good would it do if your soul is poor? While there is no doubt about it that God wants us to have financial abundance, but His vision of prosperity exceeds far beyond that. He wants us to have supreme overall WELL-BEING because at that point, in addition to having outward abundance, you will also have inward success! So many people want to live in the “land of increase” yet we haven’t even made it to the “land of even”. God wants us to live in abundance, yet our systems of success are flawed. Faith needs more than just being heard; it must be used in order to sustain us. Too many of us are living by simply experimenting with faith as opposed to experiencing faith. Samaria is the place where we are challenged to become a different person, a better person. However, it’s also the place that will challenge the old “us” and push us to change those things about ourselves that we have become most comfortable with. Samaria is a transformative place that every believe MUST and NEEDS to go through. There is no true success in Christ without first going through Samaria.

We all have challenges and struggles in life. We all go through storms. But we also know that storms don’t last forever. What comes to mind when you think about your last victory? Do you think of the fight you had in order to reach the end? Or maybe you think of how God had His hand upon you and led you to a victorious end. Those things are important to remember and think about but how many of us have taken time to testify about God’s goodness? Our testimonies are to encourage others as well as ourselves and even though we may have experienced many victories in our past we can’t stop there. We must keep moving forward because we have a “Testimony Loading…”
