One thing that a lot of us have dealt with, at one time in our lives or another, has been insecurities. Insecurities come in many forms and although we tend to brush them under the rug, they cripple us in ways unimaginable.
God has a plan for us and our answers to overcoming our insecurities are right in the heart of God’s word. Listen to today's podcast as Bishop McLeod teaches us about “Overcoming Insecurities”.

  • The Wisdom Of God
When you think of the word “wisdom” what comes to mind? A person who is with old age? The symbolic owl? Or someone who reads a lot of books? Wisdom is so much more than that. It’s something that so many of us need, yet we don’t make it a priority to obtain it. When we ask God to give us wisdom, His word says that He will freely give it (James 1:5). So why is it that so many people are deficit in this area? What are the benefits of wisdom? How can we apply this to our everyday lives? And, lastly, why is it important that we have it? Listen to today's message as Bishop McLeod teaches a very insightful message on “The Wisdom of God”.

  • How To Recognize & Avoid Burnout Pt. III: Soul Exhaustion

Are you at a place in your life where you want to give up? Do you feel as though your mental health is constantly under attack? Has depression crept in and maybe you’ve even contemplated thoughts of suicide as a way of escape? You are not alone. The World Health Organization reports that more than 264 million people suffer from depression and statistics show that every 40 seconds someone commits suicide. When you are burnt out you become vulnerable to a variety of attacks. Satan will stop at nothing in order to beat you down. Strong mental health is something that we all need but few of us make it a priority. Instead we go from one event to the next and our lives begin to run on autopilot never realizing that our souls are in a serious state of deterioration. Jesus said to come to Him because that is where we find rest for our weary souls (Matthew 11:28). Many of us are at a place of soul exhaustion and it seems impossible to fight or even see a way out, but there is. You can be free; you can be delivered, and you can be renewed. God doesn’t care about everyone else BUT you. That’s impossible, don’t feed on those lies! He loves you so much and He wants to restore you today! If you, or someone you know, are struggling with mental health, depression, thoughts of suicide, anxiety or hopelessness, even sporadically, then this message is for you! • How To Recognize & Avoid Burnout Pt. II
Bishop McLeod is back with part 2 to this impactful series “How To Recognize and Avoid Burnout”. When we face situations of burnout we must step back and assess the reasons WHY we feel this way. Before we can deal with a problem we must first deal with the root. When the Word of God is weak on the inside of us it becomes difficult to fight off Satan’s advances. Usually we feel the effects of burnout after we’ve experienced some sort of success or victory in our lives, but we must remember this; there are 2 places that we must never get comfortable and complacent, and that is in our victories and our defeats.
Listen to today's message and learn how you can recognize and avoid burnout! Share this podcast with someone you know who is suffering from burnout. We all know someone who would benefit from this.

  • How To Recognize & Avoid Burnout Pt. I
Have you been feeling overworked, stretched thin or stressed? Do you feel as though you’ve hit a brick wall and you want to give up? If so, then you may be on the cusp of a burnout. Everything and everyone that we have made a priority is not deserving of our time when it comes to reciprocity. You’ve put in a lot of time and effort pouring into things that do not reciprocate the same. It takes courage and commitment to make drastic changes to our daily routines in order to avoid becoming overwhelmed. God wants us to cast all our cares on Him. He tells us to come to Him because He will give us rest. Are you self-reliant and believe that you can handle your burdens on your own? Or will you choose wisdom and run to our Refuge and Savior who promises to renew us and strengthen us? Listen to today’s message, take notes and hear the voice of God this morning so He can help you to recognize and overcome burnout!

  • Unforgiveness, The Silent Killer
We all have been hurt by someone and that pain is felt deep especially when it’s by someone we love. Whether it was harsh words spoken by your mother, the absence of your father, the criticisms from a spouse or even rejection from friends. Everyone has experienced some sort of offense, big or small. This sort of pain can lead to feelings of inadequacy, rejection, insecurities, fear and betrayal. When these emotional wounds are left unattended and hidden, they grow into one of the most toxic diseases; unforgiveness. Maybe you say to yourself “I don’t have unforgiveness against anyone. I’m fine.” While that may be true for some who have decided to turn their offense over to God, for others it’s only a façade, a false display of freedom but on the inside, you have imprisoned yourself. There is destruction guaranteed for your life when you choose not to forgive and that is a price that none of us can afford. Watch the Sunday service and learn how unforgiveness has been a silent killer in your life and how you can break free, once and for all, from its grasp and finally live the life, in wholeness, that God has intended for you! Invite a friend and share this message with someone. You do NOT want to miss this!

  • Why Patience Is The Perfect Work
In today’s world we live in a “popcorn society” which means that we want what we want when we want it. Amazon Prime delivers in 2 days or less, some fast food restaurants now promise to deliver in 10 minutes or your meal is free, we have access to the world at the tip of our fingers with our mobile phones. We have become conditioned to getting fast results. With this attitude we have lost the virtue of patience. There is a beauty in patience and God wants us to develop this fruit of the Spirit. You may have even prayed and said to God “Lord, I need patience and I need it now!”? Sound familiar? Patience is actually an asset. Our faith is attached to our level of patience because God doesn’t operate on our timing. He moves by His own design and as He sees fit. When you operate with a good attitude in patience you allow God to move on your behalf in ways unimaginable. Listen to today’s message and learn “Why Patience Is A Perfect Work”.
