There are times in our lives we feel alone, we feel lost because we are in search of answers and we aren’t sure where to turn. Approximately 55% of Americans have invested in some sort of stock. Investing is on the rise and many people see it as a way to increase their financial status and prepare for the future, but even with this in mind how many of us see the Kingdom as an investment? What does it mean to invest? In short, it means to extend money with the expectation of achieving a profit. So why have we not taken this mentality with God’s Kingdom? When someone dies, we always hear “you can’t take your belongings with you”, yet we show no change in our actions to secure our spiritual futures. There is nothing wrong with obtaining financial wealth, as a matter of fact, God WANTS His children to prosper but not at the expense of our eternal security. What spiritual investments have you made in your life recently? What have you done to ensure that you have a profit waiting for you in Heaven? We have the most powerful spiritual weapon with us everyday and unfortunately many of us fail to recognize it. Using our voices to pray is a powerful thing and not only does God know the power we possess when we pray, but so does Satan. If we look around at our current situations we can’t help but wonder, “have I prayed about it consistently?” or “have I STOPPED praying about it?”. Whatever the reasons may be God has still intended for us to have the victory and that can never come about “Until We Pray”. When you think back to the very beginning of the pandemic you probably have a lot of memories on how society was. Who can forget the infamous fights over toiletries that swept the internet by storm, the mask mandates and of course the worldwide lockdowns and stay-at-home orders? But if you think about it, you probably remember the floods of people who ran to online church services out of fear of the unknown. Could this be it? Is this the moment Jesus will choose to return for His Church? These were thoughts of many. Then after a while the toilet paper was being supplied in abundance, mask mandates were lifted, lockdowns no longer existed and, you guessed it, people began to fall away from the gospel. Our world has gotten too comfortable with life these days. The things that once challenged us to do better and strive for more are mere memories. Now that church doors are closed, or closing again, many people have found that they no longer desire the things of God like they used to. Streaming services make it easier to multitask during church without ever giving our full attention to the voice of God. Look around, we are living in the times that Jesus spoke of in Matthew 24. If you aren’t careful you could find yourself in “The Great Falling Away”. Listen to today's podcast, as Bishop McLeod teaches a powerful message that addresses these end times. When you think of being successful and what it takes to achieve success, often times it involves a process. Whether you want to expand your business, obtain a degree, lose weight or excel in a trade, there is often a process that precedes the goal. Many things have processes such as a caterpillar becoming a butterfly, cooking your favorite dish, dating someone new or closing on your dream home. Each of these can’t be obtained without first going through a process. Did you know that faith also has a process? It is faith that will manifest those things you want to obtain but faith is also a process that some people don’t realize they must endure.
