  • Vinyl Soul Searching Vol. 22

Coming at you with a few raging bangers on a Tuesday night, figured I'd bless your daily commute, workout or whenever you happen to click on this garbage. Mowing the yard maybe? Who cares. I was absolutely fired up to finally blast Tony Bennett from 1963, it's only right. I've listened to Joey Diaz and Lee "Boom Boom" Syatt fire that one off plenty of times in the Voodoo Lounge so I had to bring that lovely tune to the fine people on my side of the internet landscape. There is more ammunition on the way if you actually enjoy these. Vinyls of Kids See Ghosts by Kanye and Kid Kudstable, as well as a single from TOOL will be here in a few days barring an unfortunate mistake by the lovely folks down at the United States Postal Service. But again, seeing as how most everything I touch turns into mush, there's a solid chance my records end up half way down the equator belt in Venezuela somewhere. I'm tired now and rambling about stupidity. Thanks for listening and if you read these horrific descriptions.. God bless

  • Episode 48 - Jaded Lens

While uploading this video, early Friday night.. The tornado weather is making a big comeback, I hear it whipping things all over the yard now. If things start rattling I'm diving over my sports cards and smoking cigarettes on the floor indoors until the bad things go away. It's been way too long since I've uploaded anything. Partly due to my excessive laziness, periodical lack of creativity, Oculus threw out my back and I wanted the people to stew in that last episode anyways. We miss the Blendcheese already but the show must go on. So the Captain Kirk of this sub-par enterprise is telling you to be on the lookout for Vinyl Soul Searching on listening apps this weekend. Speaking of listening apps, a few discrepancies in the audio this week on the audio only platforms. My apologies. Halo highlights to cap off the YouTube version.
    Take care.

  • Vinyl Soul Searching Vol. 21

Should've done a regular podcast episode by now, NFL Draft was live tonight, NBA Playoffs clinching but truth be told, I felt like being lazy this week after work, playing some Halo with Pacdaddy.. Some Oculus with Escaleto, who actually joined me for some Halo whoopin action as well. But most of this week's free time has been spent on the front porch, catching up on YouTube videos I've been wanting to watch and from time to time consuming an occasional cigarette. People do worse things. It's a war going on, the Government is lying, the aliens are coming and people are worried about my cigarettes. Unbelievable. Nobody actually said anything about me smoking a million Newports I'm just self conscious about it in a way, not really. The truth truth is I don't worry or think about my health at all, would rather smoke cigarettes and I'm not self conscious about it at all and that's probably worse but idc if I was Will Smith in I Am Legend I'd just steal a million cigarettes from 7Eleven and blast tee shots on the Oculus until my left arm goes numb. This isn't a novel submission, this is a description on a sub-par sub-series episode on a sub-par podcast. Thank you for tuning in and if you actually read this far, god bless.

  • Episode 47 - Year of the Goat

YouTube version has tons of cut-aways and edits, of all my episodes this one might be worth the watch. My favorite editing job to date, sit back and enjoy this non-stop action thriller featuring The Big Blender that recaps a wondrous year with thrilling highs and motivating lows. We discuss great motion pictures, horrific motion pictures, as well as our subtle and respectable differences of opinion therein. Hope you enjoy this one because I'll be solo next episode in a sinking canoe without a paddle. Might just keep playing the back nine on Oculus and blow the podcast off for a month. My hand is still numb from editing and I forgot to eat yesterday with my head buried in this laptop. No disrespect intended at anybody except maybe Nolan Smith. Seriously, Momma Edith if you read this I thought about you driving to work like 40 separate times. You made me feel like I had to step my fan game up so thank you for that reality check and boost of adrenaline. Thank YOU for watching, good people of the seven kingdoms. Seriously might take a week off for the Oculus but two solid episodes this week as well as a banging Vinyl Soul Searching on listening apps. Sincere thanks to Brady for making time for this podcast, had a blast during his time here and he will be missed even though he terribly bashed a top 5 movie all time. Mario Puzo wrote a brilliant story in The Godfather. Anywho. Go watch Sky High while I get my shot back and become a triple threat monster in the high post. Big Boy dialing in that range and getting right for that Basketball Jones coming up baby. Best of luck to a great dude this summer I know the right thing will happen. • Vinyl Soul Searching Vol 20

I'm serving this one up slightly earlier than anticipated because Escaleto is down bad in virtual golf right now and needs a quick pick me up so in effort to revive his swing and bring the animal back to life, here is Volume 20 of my coveted Vinyl Series entitled "Soul Searching". May not be perfect audio but like I've said before, I'm not filming Avatar over here. I had to shampoo the carpet in my English class my senior year to get bonus points to graduate. No Copernicus here. Thanks to Escaleto for sticking this one out and being a real team player, hope he can quickly recover that virtual hitter before I get ahold of mine tomorrow. Another podcast episode coming this weekend. Take care, brush your hair

  • Episode 46 - Bring Your Own Ranch

Sorry about the audio in some places, I couldn't control myself in the moment thinking about the misguided individuals with the disgusting ranch bottle. Only 2 more days until ya boy begins his new quest to become VPGA Tour Champion of the Metaverse Universe and surrounding areas. Wish me luck as I busted my knee on a door jam this morning and that's with my actual seeing glasses on, not glasses that warp me through space and time so be thoughtful of my faulty knee please as I embark on this long and daunting journey to VPGA Champion. I'm sure this will do a real beauty on my neck and back as well. Might be a mummy next week we'll see. Thanks for listening/watching, like I said, Halo Highlights on the end of the Youtube version. Vinyl Soul Searching con Escaleto coming soon on listening apps

  • Vinyl Soul Searching Vol. 19

I can only hope that this unprompted eruption of flavor on a Tuesday evening can ease your commute to work tomorrow. As the college basketball season has come to an end, I have nothing better to do than to stare out of the window and wait for the Russians to come. Might as well put this flavor to work and deliver you more game than an arcade and bombard your noodle with some slappers from past and present. DJ Witwicky at your service until further notice dropping a piping hot serving of soul. You're welcome.

  • Episode 45 - The Iron Five

Being the 45th episode, I thought about having the Blender on, discussing the season and Carolina in general but the big boy is back home in Oklahoma currently while at the same time, that highlight video was burning a hole in my pocket. I just blasted the video by itself so they could watch it and hopefully have a good time remembering the season, I'm sure somewhere down the line I can grab him for a follow up pod. Never got Cary on here to taste test deserts with me either. It'll all happen in good time. Like I said in the pod, I'm still beaming about that win vs Duke. Broke my stream of thought while typing and was day dreaming about that night again. Shout out to Leaky Black and his family for bringing the heat to Bourbon Street. Our new BFF's for life, nobody wanted the smoke. Nolan Smith included. In the producer's honest opinion (my opinion), this episode is embarrassingly horrible and doesn't sniff justice for the number 45. BUT at least I'm not a Duke fan looking for my soul in the kicked over trash can on Bourbon Street. Buddy looking for his soul in the Bayou the next day after that tremendous beating we layed on the Devils. As of last Saturday, the Devil was tied up, kicked around and buried at sea. My reign as an Unofficial Brand Ambassador has come to an end and what a ride it was. Congratulations to the Tar Heels, a team deserving the recognition and success. This season goes down in the history books. Much love for checking on the Pod, a new Vinyl Soul Searching episode on listening apps coming soon..

  • Episode 44 - Final Fooch

Soon as I finished this podcast I had a profucious nose bleed. I haven't had one of those in 10 years and to those wondering, I was able to keep from soiling this blistering hot fit. This outfit is so hot daddy fire it made my whole face just give up. I have to rock this fit to Sheetz and get coffee later when I don't sound like Mike Jones. Anywho, it was a super long weekend and I've had the time of my life this year. It does make me admire my downtime at home in a way though. I could never live in a big city like that, I'm still an Oklahoma boy at heart. And so is The Bearded Wonder so go support that man like Eric Church and launch yourself into Fanjoy.co like a wrecking ball and have that fire flame Merch for Saturday's game. Much love for watching, VSS episode coming soon...

  • Vinyl Soul Searching Vol. 18

Still electric from the TarHeel's advancement today, here are some of my favorite slappies in my rotation. Saved a few gems for next Volume but still these are scalding hot. Torching flame like the Bearded Wonder today in Fort Worth. Was such a problem they had to toss him out of the arena buddy couldn't miss water if he fell out of a boat. I didn't use that saying properly and pondering about it too hard gave me a blistering headache just now. Regardless of my awful use of the English language, Big Brady is a friend of the podcast and he did something cool today so support a solid gentleman and rep that merch at Fanjoy.co/bradymanek while supplies last. Also don't forget if it gets close to eating time in the Raleigh area and you haven't made plans yet? Boy are you in luck. There's a place called Salvio's Pizzeria that offers the most beautiful pies and desserts you've ever seen in your life, on TV or in your fantasies about pies and desserts. Head on down there and ask for the Brady Alfredy special also while supplies last. I'm not payed to say that, they're not a sponsor I just actually enjoy the people there, and no infomercial this is real life review. Best Alfredo pizza I've had in my life, they beat Mazzio's in Oklahoma. The chocolate desserts and canoles make me want to curl up into a ball and sleep right there in the floor. Trying to get another pod in before I travel to Philly for the Sweet Sixteen. God bless the listeners and Go Heels
