Dr. John Mayer discusses the Cleveland Kidnapping Case and explains how the three victims are yet another example of what he has coined as Urban Feral Children. He brings up his recent expert consult of a prisoner who was a ward of the state’s child welfare system and essentially raised by human animals in an urban jungle since she was five years old. Both this prisoner and the Castro victims were abused physically and sexually by a persons living outside the rules of society in state Dr. Mayer reminds us is termed social Anomie. Although investigations found the historical cases of feral children to be a hoax these cases of Urban Feral Children are real.
