Episode 8 of Mystery Monday is a case that has been in the media quite recently, the reappearance of Alicia Navarro. Alicia ran away from home in Glendale, AZ in September of 2019 and reappeared in Havre, Montana in July of this year.

This got the attention of the entire country, for a couple of reasons, A. It had a happy ending in a scenario that so rarely does B. General curiosity. Why did she run away? Did she leave to meet with someone? How did a young teenage girl make her way to Montana from Arizona? Why did she choose to turn herself in now? What happens next?

Her return just captivated everyone, especially the people who had been invested in her disappearance from the beginning. In today's episode I am going to go over the details of her disappearance, the investigation and everything we know so far.

Sep 29-Oct. 1 marks 41 years since Chicago was hit with a string of deaths caused by tainted bottles of Extra Strength Tylenol that killed 7 people, including 3 from one family.

These deaths spawned copycat killings and absolute hysteria over using something almost everyone had in their medicine cabinets. But, more importantly, it set off a chain of events that led to safer, tamper resistant bottles and packaging to prevent anything like this from happening again.

Even though Law Enforcement had a suspect, one that sent an extortion letter to Johnson and Johnson requesting money to stop the killings, he was never charged and denied any involvement. To this day, 41 years to the day, no one has ever been charged.

This is part 1 of an absolutely insane case out of Katzrin Israel. This is the case that the Netflix Documentary Shadow of Truth was based on. A young 13y girl, Tair Rada, is brutally and violently murdered in a girls school bathroom. From here starts a 16 year fight against wrongful arrest and conviction of a construction worker at the school, Ukraine immigrant, Roman Zadorov. The suspected real killer is a 24y schizophrenic former student referred to as AK. This student believes that she is controlled by a She-wolf named Tahov or Mildew(English variation). This person has confessed to her ex boyfriend and there is quite a bit of evidence against against her, including almost killing another boyfriend and biting a police officer to get blood and flesh in her mouth so she didnt leave the scene "empty handed". Her "wolf" is obsessed with blood and intestines and the reason why is beyond shocking. In Part 1 we are going to discuss the overview of the case and where the corrupted started as well as Ilana Rada(mother) and her doubts that L.E. are doing the right things. This episode will also cover the Romans first trial. Part 2 will begin with AK and her ex boyfriend AH and their involvement as well as the lead up to Romans 2nd trial, the actual trial and the aftermath of such a clear case of corruptness and illegality in this particular court. This is a fascinating case. It was last in the media in March of this year. Unfortunately, as of now Netflix is no longer showing Shadow of Truth documentary and it is not avail to be streamed anywhere either. Welcome to my Podcast! Episode 5 of Mystery Monday focuses on the July 7th disappearance of Roxanne Paltauf in Austin, Texas. Supposedly, Roxanne got in a fight with her boyfriend of 2 years and walked off late at night from a motel in a very rough area of Austin. She didnt take her phone, purse, clothing etc. Just her ID. He said he went after her and she said to leave her alone. So, he goes back to the motel... and hooks up with the front desk attendant. This case has so many bizarre events attached to it.. This case is technically "unsolved" but Roxannes family isn't going to stop until they can bring their family member home and get justice for her.
