Mental health problems may seem to be on an individual level, but their impacts on a society or a community are deteriorating. It can trigger – if neglected – heinous acts as mass suicide, mass shooting, and even the collapse of civilization as a whole.

Removing this stigma from workplaces is vital for employees’ health and production, and efficiency. It can cost a lot to the organization than the individual.

An individual can’t survive alone, and within a community, he has his impact on it. The mental illness can lead to sending others in depression as well, including his own family and, most importantly, his children. Even more worrying is the fact that there is no one for the children’s help.

One individual cannot improve mental health. The whole society has to stand up for each other. Education and encouraging people to share the stories of their suffering with others can create a rippling effect and attract the whole community's attention. To save our generations to come, this is the right time to start.
