Dick and Jim have officially asked the Court for a new trial in the murder case. And — in one of the lowest of low-down dirty moves — they’ve asked the state Supreme Court to remove America’s Judge — Judge Clifton Newman — from all cases involving Alex.

Plus, what’s up with Alex’s bestie Chris Wilson? We'll dive into all of that!

Also, the Court of Appeals is deciding whether Cory Fleming even has the right to appeal his plea deal with the state. Plus lawyer-lawmakers in the South Carolina Legislature got a big wakeup call this week when more than half the state’s top prosecutors signed a letter calling for Rep. Todd Rutherford and others to be barred from choosing judges.
