Democrats have just filed a lawsuit in Georgia, where the 2024 election certification process is already under siege by MAGA Republicans. The suit aims to block new rules passed by pro-Trump state elections board members who are laying the groundwork to inject chaos in the wake of a Harris win. Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington has been tracking the widespread threats to election certification, and drafted a legal roadmap to protect the election across the country. CREW Vice President and Chief Counsel Donald Sherman joins Jessica Denson to react to the Georgia suit, expose the pro-Trump election deniers in state election official posts, and lay out what can be done nationwide to prevent another January 6.
