Trump will attend the oral arguments at 10am ET on Wednesday, according to his official schedule from the White House. Critics say Trump is seeking to rewrite the 14th Amendment, which promises citizenship to "all persons" born in the US and "subject to the jurisdiction thereof", a provision many scholars and public officials say is straightforward in its breadth.
