When I’m having a day, I tend to always beat myself up about all the shit I didn’t do or could have done. I have to pause and be like NOBODY IS ASKING YOU TO BE BATMAN! Lol I have to remember I am not perfect and I will never be! But I can be HEALTHY and I can be intentional about making good efforts each day to be a better me! Here’s to giving ourselves grace!
