Other than Weldon, Witness No. 1 is the only other person who called 911 to report Scott for driving erratically and allegedly pointing a gun at people. Photos taken by the shooters, surveillance footage, Weldon’s recorded calls, body camera footage and a second by second breakdown of what happened on Camp Swamp Road tell a different story.
