Tonight you will be listening to Snap Inc. Terms of Service. Narrated by Scott and Doug Elchison.

Snap Inc. Terms of Service Highlights:

• Word Count: 5033
• Arbitration Agreement: Yes
• One of the options we provide with Memories is the ability to create a restricted area by setting a passcode, which might be a PIN or a passphrase or some other mechanism. This is similar to the device-lock option you may be using on your mobile device; by setting a passcode, you make it less likely that another person who gets ahold of your device will be able to see what you saved to the restricted area of Memories. But here’s a big warning: IF YOU LOSE OR FORGET YOUR MEMORIES PASSCODE, OR IF YOU ENTER THE WRONG ONE TOO MANY TIMES, YOU WILL LOSE ACCESS TO ANY CONTENT YOU SAVED IN THE RESTRICTED AREA OF MEMORIES.
• You will not buy, sell, rent, or lease access to your Snapchat account, Snaps, a Snapchat username, or a friend link without our written permission.

Tonight you will be listening to Nifty Gateway Terms of Use. Narrated by Scott and Doug Elchison.

Nifty Gateway Terms of Use Highlights:

• Word Count: 5685
• Arbitration Agreement: Yes
• Unclaimed Property: If Nifty Gateway is holding funds in your account and has no record of your use of the Service for several years, they may be required, upon passage of applicable time periods, to report these funds as unclaimed property in accordance with the abandoned property and escheat laws.
• Taxes: Users are solely responsible for filing taxes on their purchases.
• Marketing and Promotion: If you are a Nifty Creator, you hereby grant Nifty Gateway the right to use your name and image for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Risks:
• The price and liquidity of blockchain assets, including Nifties, are extremely volatile and may be subject to large fluctuations
• Fluctuations in the price of other digital assets could materially and adversely affect Nifties, which may also be subject to significant price volatility
• Legislative and regulatory changes or actions at the state, federal, or international level may adversely affect the use, transfer, exchange, and value of Nifties
• Nifties are not legal tender and are not backed by the government
• Transactions in Nifties may be irreversible, and, accordingly, losses due to fraudulent or accidental transactions may not be recoverable
• Some transactions in Nifties shall be deemed to be made when recorded on a public ledger, which is not necessarily the date or time that you initiated the transaction
• The value of Nifties may be derived from the continued willingness of market participants to exchange fiat currency or digital assets for Nifties, which may result in the potential for permanent and total loss of value of a particular Nifty should the market for that Nifty disappear
• The nature of Nifties may lead to an increased risk of fraud or cyber attack, and may mean that technological difficulties experienced by Gemini may prevent the access to or use of your Digital Assets
