This week there is not a lot of news to talk about which is a good thing.  Primarily since most of the news has been injury related the first two weeks.  We try to talk about one of the greatest accomplishments in sports, Ohtani's 50/50 season, however giants fan wants nothing to do with this at all.

A division look seems to be proving a point that was made before the season started.

We discuss the game against San Francisco that the Rams won.  We talk about some lingering concerns we have with this team.  Then dive into all of the things that went right.  From changing formations.  Players having big days.  A little sprinkle of luck.  Matthew Stafford forgetting that he is human for about 3 hours and delivering a masterclass.

We discuss the upcoming game against the Bears, will this be a trap game for the Rams?

What a week it has been for the Rams, which is good for the news section of the podcast.  However, probably not good for the Rams.

Alerick Jackson suspended the first two games of the season.

Ernest Jones is allowed to seek a trade, apparently.  this after contract discussions fall flat.  This creates confusion for both the player and the team.  We discuss this and what the Rams will do.

The injury report is looking solid heading into week 1.

In an attempt to further disappoint my dad I discuss my next tattoo plan. Apparently I was not the star of the show during my recent Tennessee visit.  June starts school and I discuss my plan to have a study group.

We record on the eve of the final, initial 53 man roster and go through a list of potential cuts and look at what they Rams could do with the roster.

The meat and potatoes are that the Rams are going to Detroit to play the Lions on "super" Wild Card Weekend!  The NFL dream match up between Jared Goff and Sean McVay, Matthew Stafford returning to Detroit!  We don't really care.  The trade was good for both teams and both players, this is just a playoff game.
