·      No Contact helps create space for a new future.

 Leaving the Past Behind:
·      Avoid engaging in discussions about the breakup or damage control.
·      Care less about others' opinions and focus on moving forward.

 Avoiding Revisiting Old Memories:
·      Don't dwell on old memories or hypothetical scenarios.
·      Delete or archive old text messages, screenshots, and block numbers.
·      Emphasize the importance of self-love and acceptance.
