Our bread-and-butter land investment method centers around a quick-turnaround model. We seek out off-market land deals, sometimes make small improvements, and then aim to resell them within a 90-day window.

The key?

Buying at a steep discount (usually at least 50% below anticipated market value) to ensure robust profits.
