Josie Mingay is School Improvement Leader for Greenshaw Learning Trust. She has significant experience of driving standards across primary and secondary phases, with a particular focus on literacy and language.

She has designed phonics programmes with national success and has spoken at various educational conferences, including PiXL, ResearchEd, Reading Reform Foundation. Josie regularly delivers bespoke CPD on key themes around the development of language, the impact of literacy on the wider curriculum, the crucial importance of reading, metacognition and motivation.
