This is a love letter to my sorority sisters. The best decision I made was joining a wonderful chapter of strong women. Cheers to the lifetime of moments and memories.

How the doctoral journey began and what I learned on the way. This episode is about the beginning stages of the doctoral journey while I learned to lean into my support system, learned I was in a fragile mental and emotional state, and learned quickly the challenges that parenting while doctoring brought on.

We all have names. There is power in a name whether it came down from generations or it was thought of at the moment or changed by the individual later on in life. Live in all the power that your name represents. In this episode I share the story of my three names and invite you to share your story as well.

Miracle. Purpose. The Now. We are all miracles and are surrounded by endless miracles. We all have purpose. The Now is the most important moment. I share three of my miracle stories and share an excerpt from a book about the Now.
