Next month we will dive into some movies with Olympic storylines and we have one holiday movie!

Sequels can be a hit or a miss but Miss Congeniality 2 checks off all of our boxes. Sandra Bullock and Regina King are phenomenal together. The storyline keeps you interested and it doesn’t seem forced.

If there is one thing you take away from this movie it’s people care about people who care about themselves.

Sandra Bullock shines as Gracie Hart aka Gracie Lou Freebush in the 2000 hit Miss Congeniality. When the Miss United States pageant is in jeopardy Grace, a federal agent, has to impersonate as one of the beauty contestants.

Even though some parts of this movie didn’t age gracefully we thoroughly enjoyed rewatching and talking about it.

Not only are Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds fantastic but we get the hilarious national treasure that was Betty White.

Your Two Leading Ladies have returned from a short winters break. Did you miss us?

For the 1st month of the year 2022 we are doing a Leading Lady series staring Sandra Bullock.

Sandy B. is the perfect way to start off a new year because she’s fun, quirky and just all around a top notch actress who can do it all.

The first movie we chose is Two Weeks Notice. Lucy Kelson(Sandra) works for a controlling George Wade (Hugh Grant) who just really can’t read the room. It’s cute, it’s light hearted and we are here for it.

Love Actually is a jammed packed celebrity Christmas movie that we discovered did not age very well. We follow 8 different story lines throughout the course of a month and we believe they probably could have cut half of the story lines for a more enjoyable movie.
