In this video I brief you on two distinct threats to United States v. James Comey, one of which could result in a dismissal in the next few days.

The two threats are 1) a ruling by Judge Currie on Comey’s motion challenging the appointment of Lindsey Halligan and 2) Judge Nachmanoff’s review of irregularities in the grand jury proceeding and Comey’s motion for disclosure of those proceedings.
