This month the Freaks dedicate an entire episode to what is generally acknowledged as one of the greatest Trek episodes of all time - City On The Edge Of Forever. The first half of the show is a real-time commentary with the episode so you can watch along! The second half of the show the Freaks discuss their feelings and the origins and controversies surrounding this episode. (Hint- Harlan Ellison's name comes up).

Freaks polish off the scandalous first season of Star Trek : The Next Generation with the final episode, "The Neutral Zone"! Space-Roger Miller, a yuppie and a housewife walk into the Enterprise...... No, this is not the beginning of a joke, it's the premise of the episode that re-introduces the Romulans! Then, they take a look back at the last 26 episodes and then set their sights to the future - SEASON 2!

The freaks JUST CANNOT get enough of special episodes! Since they just finished their Jedi coverage - why not cover a story concerning some post-Jedi adventures of our heroes? Hell, why not bring in fellow Star Wars comic fan Josh Bertone to talk about Dark Horse Comics' STAR WARS: DARK EMPIRE by Cam Kennedy and Tom Vietch! We get space tornados, Palpatine clones, Han's old apartment and JEDI BUGS! It's a short, but MEGA-SWEET episode!

Happy Halloween! The Freaks wind up the holiday festivities with a tribute to an underrated 80's horror film - The Monster Squad! Scott and Chris are joined by Josh Baker and Michael Bailey at the stroke of midnight to pay homage to the great Universal Monsters!
