Amy Coney Barrett continue and the choices that we are all faced with during one of the most influential Presidential elections in our nation's history looms closer, Carroll-Sue and Janis chat about the political arena and their thoughts on the candidates, the rallies currently happening and the continuing real life drama of former Vice President Joe Biden and his very troublesome cognitive issues.  What are your thoughts on each candidate?  What do you like about your candidate?  We would love to hear from you, our listeners!  Thank you so much!

It's Fantabulous Friday and it seems as though the infamous fly on Vice President Mike Pence's head during the debate is still coming up in everyone's newsfeeds!  We especially celebrate this Friday as this was our first week back after our Dad's passing - what a great and productive week this has been - thank you all for your continued well wishes and remember we will see you again this Monday, October 12th - have a great weekend!!

Trending on this Thursday, October 8th - hot topic - the VP Presidential debate - listen in as we chat and share how we felt about the debate - were you able to watch the whole debate?  Carroll-Sue watched the entire debate; Janis only saw the first 35-minutes or so.  Let us know what you thought about the debate.

Bandwidth issues, computer restarts and Facebook - oh my!!  The TwoSistas had to be a little more creative this morning but it's all good - we did it and we love what we do!  A lot of wellness topics came up and of course, the season of politics and tonight's Vice Presidential debate - tune in and let us know if you are going to be watching tonight's debate.

We are having a great start to our first week back!!  How about you?  The TwoSistas triumph this Tuesday and share their experiences with triumphing over adversity, reaching goals and even if it might be the smallest of things such as making your bed - we triumph and move forward!  No triumph is too big and no triumph is too small - all wins should be celebrated!!  

The TwoSistas are back today and better than ever on Monday Mindset!  The sisters, Carroll-Sue and Janis dedicated today's episode to their Dad, Victor Cassella, who passed away on September 19, 2020.  He was 93 years young and we miss him terribly!  There are always blessings in the clouds of doubt and when despair and sadness creep in, memories are shared and are held close and tight to the heart.  

Carroll-Sue and Janis wish to express their sincere gratitude to their many family and friends who were there with them every step of the way - from the calls, texts, visits to the house, and oh my gosh all of the food and wonderful treats, thank you sometimes does not seem adequate enough but we want you all to know how much we appreciated all of your love and support during this difficult time.

TwoSistas have not been incognito - bandwidth issues, internet and then what was up with Zoom yesterday?  They were back with a vengance on Tuesday Triumph!  What are you triumphing over today?  How do you pivot in your daily life?  What tools do you use?  Listen in .  . .
