She founded Restorasis, a company dedicated to restoring well-being in the workplace and helping with burnout prevention strategies. She does all of this while juggling family life.
In this episode, we discussed her book “Sacred Rest”, which explores 7 types of rest and the unhelpful ways we try to rest. The author shared her story of burnout, restoration, and becoming an expert on the topic.
