This week, Kamaru Usman and Henry Cejudo catch up on recent news in combat sports, from Song Yadong's callout for Triple C and Jan Blachowicz's open invite for the Nigerian Nightmare, to the two latest additions on the UFC 303 card, Jamahal Hill v. Carlos Ulberg and Michael Page v. Ian Garry.

The guys catch up on the combat world's favorite bad boys: Ryan Garcia's latest drug test developments and Conor McGregor's unusual training tactics. To close out the segment, it's time for a breakdown of last week's boxing match between Elle Brooke and Paige VanZant.

It's also time for final UFC 302 picks on Underdog Fantasy - the guys select their favorites for all five fights on the Main Card; who will win and how they'll do it. They go deep Holland v. Oleksiejczuk, Strickland v. Costa and, of course, the headliner between Islam Makhachev and Dustin Poirier.

We close out the episode with a special guest interview with one of the fighters on the main card - the rising star Randy "Rudeboy" Brown. Brown calls in to touch on overcoming adversity and the drive it gives him to succeed, turning his parents into his biggest fans, and how he plans to walk down Dos Santos this weekend.
