Matt is joined by Emma Smith, Shelley Thompson., Dean Cheetham, and Andrew Foot.

They talk about their experience before. And during the episode. How they trained? Where they trained? and what got them into Ninja Sports in the first place.

They are joined by one of the Pro Elite Ninja team from the new series. And an absolute legend of the Ninja Sport world. Ruel Dacosta.

Ninjas Sport UK is a collection of some of the most recognisable ninja athletes from previous series. The television show as well as super fans. And die-Hard supporters of the sport. Our aim is to raise the profile of ninja sports and to see more people trying the sport that we love.

We're also giving details of the upcoming Ninja competition being held by another of the shows legends, Henry Cookey at his incredible gym, http://www.HC-fit.co.uk

The competition will take place on Sunday the 6th of November.
