Today brought more sorrow, as a Ukrainian helicopter crashed near a kindergarten in the Kyiv region, killing a government minister and at least three children, among others. President Volodymyr Zelensky calls it a “terrible tragedy” and says there will be an investigation. CNN Senior International Correspondent Fred Pleitgen joins the show from the helicopter crash site.
