One Priority - In our busy world, where life is filled with constant motion and endless demands, the main issue is not opportunity but a lack of focus or a lack of priority. Amidst all the noise, Jesus calls us to a different path. In Matthew 6, He highlights generosity, prayer, fasting, and above all, setting one priority. If there's one thing Jesus desires from us, here it is…ONE PRIOITY!

We all face challenges and temptations in life, often feeling torn by difficult decisions and emotions. This message aims to address real issues we encounter daily and encourages us to confront and learn from temptation. Paul offers guidance to help the early church overcome various temptations, reminding us that difficulties are part of our journey. The key is that God provides a way out and supports us, especially through prayer—renewing, removing, and reviving us. Even if we fail, there is always sufficient grace for restoration and encouragement.

The phrase “Who is your daddy?” is a contemporaryinterpretation of Jesus questioning the religious leaders of his day. Because they thought Abraham was our father, as a legacy and mark of superiority. Jesus couldn't let this one go. His mission to set the captives free included everyone,even religious people. He had no other option but to refute. The argument escalates in a robust exchange where Jesus declares his divine nature with the statement, “I assure you: Before Abraham was, I am.” The pursuit of authentic faith, opposing false hope, and recognising alone. Jesus is the one who can set you free indeed.

Shift – refers to remaining adaptable when facing change. We need to appreciate how we keep in step when God is on the move. The song, Holy Forever, the lyrics, God Never Stops Working, is a deep reminder that we are always living amongst change. That is, in essence, being alive. Today, one of the key messages shared is that with such shifts in life, we need to shift as well. We, the church, are in the middle of a church shift, amidst a global shift. Remember, God is far bigger; God is still working. For those experiencing concerns about current world events and their trajectory, this message offers a valuable perspective.

Our world says, “You are number one, the focus, the celebration.” But this mindset doesn’t build laith. The Bible shows us a deeper truth—we are loved and valued yet also flawed and broken. When I feel like I’m not enough, I must remember: God is enough. Inadequacy reminds us we are incomplete without Jesus. We need His presence, strength, and Spirit. Like Paul, we can say: “When I am weak, then I am strong” (2 Corinthians 12:10).

Everyone encounters periods of disillusionment, arising when expectations are unmet or outcomes fall short ofwhat was anticipated. Unanswered prayers, deferred successes, and disappointed hopes often contribute to these experiences. Disillusionment occurs when there is a disconnect between what we expect from God and how events actually unfold. After his resurrection, Jesus appeared to two followers who felt discouraged and were leaving Jerusalem. He engaged with them thoughtfully, listened totheir concerns and ultimately revealed his identity to them. Rather than choosing a different path, Jesus intentionally accompanied those grappling with disillusionment. In such times, it is important to remember that even in our moments when trust and expectations are challenged, Christ's presence remains close.

Who is the greatest? According to Jesus, it is the one who serves—the one who becomes the servant of all. Serving is not only a core value of kingdom life; it is perfectly exemplified in the Son of God, who came to serve humanity with the gift of salvation. All four of our values are shaped and defined by our ability and willingness to serve: Mission – is the purpose to serve. Discipleship – is the heart to serve. Fellowship – is the desire to serve. Service– is the love to serve. Thank you to each of you for your heart to serve and for living out the gospel in word and action.

Today’s message from Pastor Louis focuses on the importance of fellowship. Many don’t realise that fellowship isn’t just a nice extra—it’s a calling. Because of God’s faithfulness, we are invited into a relationship with Him and with one another. This is not a season for isolation or judgment, but a time to reconnect, renew, and bring our God-given gifts to the table. The question we all must ask is: Who needs me to show up today?

The ministry, heart, passion, and faithfulness of God’s people from every nation were truly inspiring. It was a glimpse of heaven—worshipping together in one Spirit, one hope, and one purpose. The Acts2Movement is a timely and global reminder of our shared mission: to collaborate across nations with one focus as we move toward 2033—the 2000-year anniversary of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. God is on the move. But let us be reminded: we are not called to chase signs. As Jesus said, “These signs will follow those who believe.” (Mark 16:17) So let’s walk boldly in faith, empowered by the Spirit, and confident that when we follow Jesus, the signs will follow us.
