Living the Way - In a World Going the Wrong Way.

As we continue to explore the mission of the disciples, the life of Daniel offers valuable examples of how to maintain arelationship with God. Discipleship is mission. The term and concept of missiology is studying how to do mission best. Today, let's summarise the best of what a disciple is. It involves a broadunderstanding of the teachings of Jesus as the way of life. Jesus was teaching his disciples how to live, ‘the way'. Across the church's mission, there is action and reaction, leading to three core discipleship values. Discipleship involves new information and learning a new way to live. It is growing through faith and grace, and it is ultimately being shaped into the image of Christ.

Today's message, Lyn, began to share the challenges we all may or will face in our lifetime—times of unexpected and sudden change, times of desperation, and times of refreshing. We are called to be more than conquerors; we must break through with a crucified life. All that we will experience or endure is all for the glory of God. We often will not see where God is working or what he is doing. No matter our situation, God must be given all the glory. In Christ, we receive and live by a living, eternal hope.

From the book of Acts, we discover you as internal and external witnesses of the presence of Christ. Acts demonstratewhat the kingdom mission looks like.
