This probably sounds really weird...
I don't have expectations on outcomes for anything in my business and it's probably one of the best things I've done mindset wise for myself (and probably results wise).
This is also a conversation I have with clients a lot that helps release so much of the pressure that we put on ourselves day to day.
There are two main ways I see expectation come up that I talk about (and why neither are helpful), as well as how you can release your expectations, keep your goals, and make more progress in your business!
