  • Self-Confidence

Self-confidence is the ability to trust ourselves.
And by trust, we mean that we do what we said we would. We follow through on our plans even if they scare us. We take care of ourselves.

Self-confidence comes from changing our thoughts about ourselves. It's normal for the brain to produce fear, doubt, and worry. It's up to us to recognize these feelings as a repetitive pattern and act despite our fears.

Listen to the whole episode to learn how to increase self-confidence and use it as a powerful tool to attract what you want.

  • The 3Cs to Create Success

In today's episode, we learn about the three main ingredients to create success in any area of our lives.

Success happens when we decide to change. When we decide what we do right now, our routine and attitude toward life are not leading us to where we want to go. So, unless we want a different result, we have to start by deciding to change.

And once you decide, you must have the courage and the confidence to keep taking the steps, to keep moving forward irrespective of what life will bring up in your way.

  • Relationship Essentials; How We Think About Our Relationship

Today's episode is part one of a program I've created called Relationship Week. It covers the very important subject of how we should show up and what we should believe, not about our partner but about ourselves, to ensure that our relationship is healthy.

The thoughts we have about ourselves shape our relationships.
How we show up every day in our relationship determines the quality of our relationship.

    Enjoy.

  • Overcoming Burnout

The definition of burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged stress and overwork.

There is this belief that burnout is caused by working too many hours, by working hard, but I tend to disagree.

Join me on this episode to learn the truth behind feeling burnout and why it’s so important to understand it. I explain what burnout is, what causes it, and how you can avoid it in your daily life and work.

  • Fear of Failure

We are all familiar with the fear of failure. But many of us use this fear of failure as an excuse for not doing things. For not taking action.

In today's episode, we are learning how to uncover the real reason behind our fear of failing; I am explaining why failing is good and how to embrace and practice failure to achieve what we want.

If we keep running away from failing, we will never live the life we want. Our life will seem to be boring, stagnant, and unsatisfied.

But, once we understand failure, we will see it is not bad. It's an opportunity to grow, evolve, become more confident, and achieve more.
