I've been thinking a lot about the obstacles my clients face and what is the main reason for not achieving their goals, and it also made me think of my own journey as a life coach.
My deepest desire is to help my clients break through their self-imposed limitations because we are the ones that we decide when to quit and when to stop believing in ourselves, and we are creating so much mind drama around it.
Our minds thrive on exaggerating and overcomplicating things, so with this episode, I aim to show you how to make any goal possible and stop believing the excuses that your mind is telling you.
I was struggling when I was starting my business. My mind convinced me that it would be so hard, and it seemed like a lot of information wasn't available to me, or I couldn't afford it then. It took a lot of effort to keep showing up and believing that my success was inevitable, even when there was no evidence that it would happen.
Join me as I explain the three stages of belief you must adopt to achieve any goal you decide to commit.

This past December, I was invited for an interview with Gratitude Cafe with Sue Podcast. With her permission, I am sharing this interview with you all.
During the interview, we covered the subjects of victimhood, self-sabotage, authenticity, stop-pleasing, and so much more.
One of the main messages was Take Your Power Back by Reigniting and Reclaiming Yourself.
I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did.

"Speak your truth" is a statement we come across relatively often in coaching and personal development. Some believe that telling the truth might hurt people. They think holding back is better so you don't upset them. Therefore, you're a terrible, selfish person if you show up authentically and honestly to express your opinions.
This makes no sense to me at all. Speaking from experience, I have so much more to offer to others when I choose to tell the truth. When I don't, I limit myself to what I can give. And I feel resentful and frustrated if I say yes and give to someone else if what I wanted to do was say no.
I think this is fundamental and holds many people – especially women – back. When we don't say what we want, we'll become resentful and angry towards ourselves and others.

Self-judgment results from thoughts individuals have about themselves and the meanings attached to those thoughts
Maybe it's because you don't like how your body looks, you've made the wrong statement at work, or you were unable to finish something on time, or maybe it's how you show up in your relationship. Or it might simply be the way you don't handle things. Whatever your reason, you often tend to fall into cycles of feeling bad about yourself.
You tend to put yourself down, you prevent yourself from working towards a dream or a goal in the long run.
Why do you do it?
On this episode, we take a good look within ourselves and explore the topic that many of us not only don't like to talk about but avoid at any cost: self-judgment. Tune in and learn practical advice that you can use today to help you stop judging and appreciate more.

Very often, I come across the problem of people-pleasing in my coaching practice. As a recovering people pleaser, I resonate with the damage people-pleasing tendency can cause.
People pleasing causes anger, resentment, anxiety, and unhappiness.
It has one of the most significant effects on your life. It's an addiction.
Today we are exploring the cause of this tendency and the results that derive from people pleasing.
