Holidays are especially challenging when facing the loss of a loved one. It seems like grief comes like the grim-reaper or a pirate ready to weigh you down and force you to walk the plank. We stare into the abyss and wonder where to find life in the darkness of our pain. I hope to encourage you that transformation is possible even when you're at the lowest low! Ean had an epic trip planned to go to Ireland with close friends and bandmates. Then, enters, Lily. It was love at first sight and she agreed to travel abroad with him so they wouldn't have to be apart! 

All was well until he got sick and couldn't go. While recovering, Ean sensed an invitation from a Greater Being, perhaps a Benevolent Father. He was confused. He knew what he wanted was different than what he felt was in his best interest. He couldn't explain it, and he couldn't say yes to Lily.

What's the cost of not yet knowing yourself? For some people, it resembles a mid-life crisis. We wake up one day and the life we have is disconnected from who we are. Daniel had trace experiences of this effect. What started with attraction, romance and a life-long commitment ended in rejection and eventually forgiveness. Life's lessons are ever-present, Daniel continues to embrace them, learning from his mistakes and growing in love.

None of us want to be robbed. It's violating and theft! We are possessive of our belongings and to some extent or another have a degree of attachment to what's ours. It's clear to see if our house or car have been robbed. What if our relationships are being robbed? What if there's a thief that takes what is rightfully ours right from under our noses but we don't even notice? Or we might notice but don't stop it? 

That's what happens when we have old patterns, fears, anxieties, doubts play themselves out in our emotions and relationships.
