In this episode of UB I am joined by Men’s Coach, Jordan Candlish. Jordan is a Men’s Coach who creates a safe space for men to embody more confidence, presence, and purpose. This episode was inspired by the heartbreaking school shooting earlier this year in Uvalde, Texas. I truly believe that insecurity is the root of hate in this world. Did you know that since 1982, 127/130 mass shootings have been carried out in the U.S by male shooters? I believe that this number would be less if there was less stigma around men’s emotions and mental health. Also, if there was education specifically dedicated to men’s mental health. So, until that education is more prevalent I am happy to bring on change-making coaches, like Jordan Candlish! This is a conversation you don’t want to miss!
