When you encounter a problem in your business, how do you handle it? Do you try to "figure it out," turning it over and over in your head until you find the solution? Or do you release control and trust your intuition?
There can be a balance between analytical problem solving and connecting with your deeper wisdom. The head, heart, and gut can all work together to tackle problems. And, sometimes, you need a little guidance from the Universe. In this episode, I'm sharing my journey to "hiring" the Universe as a collaborator in my business and my life. I'm talking about my first experiences with receiving signs from the Universe, how I learned to trust my intuition, and simple ways you can start communing with and accepting guidance from the Universe.

Take a look at your to-do list. How much time do you have set aside for the things you want to do? And how much of the tasks on that list don't actually need to get done?
As an entrepreneur, there's so much pressure to be productive, hussle all the time, and crank out as much work as possible. True happiness, however, comes from making time for the things you genuinely enjoy and learning to let go of the rest.
In this episode, I'm chatting with Dr. Amanda Crowell, cognitive psychologist and business coach behind the Aligned Time method, about managing your time well and making happiness a priority, both in your life and in schedule.
