Are you secretly skeptical of anything that sounds… too easy?
For years, I felt this way about manifestation: that it sounded way too easy, too good to be true. But after being curious for a few years, I dove headfirst into the law of attraction and saw for myself what I was capable of creating in my life. It's not about being delivered riches from the universe, it's about living in alignment with the life you desire.
In this episode, I'm sharing my journey from skeptic to eager manifestor, plus what I learned on my way to my Quantum Manifestation Coach certification. I'll explain how I learned to trust the art of manifestation and accept ease into my life, and I'll share how you can start using manifestation to attract abundance in your own business.

If I asked you to write a story about who you are now, who you were in the past and who you are becoming in the future, how different would they be?
The stories we hold on to and tell ourselves about our past versions can keep us in a loop and feeling stuck. We can shift these stories and give ourselves the space and permission to evolve and create new stories about ourselves and our experiences.
In this episode, I'm sharing how to begin to notice the stories about ourselves that we carry and how to begin to adjust your mindset and language patterns. January is a great month to connect and learn more about manifestation and shifting your story. It's about doing the inner work so you can grow and lean into who you are becoming.

Do you have the confidence to chase what you most desire?
So often, we're conditioned by society's rules to abandon our childhood dreams for more "traditional" paths. We opt for stability. We stick to the status quo. But in doing so, we put ourselves out of alignment with our true desires.
In this episode, chatting with speaker, facilitator, and podcast host Stacey Shipman about how she broke the mold, made a pivot, and became an entrepreneur to pursue her passions. She's sharing her journey of leaving a job she was good at for a career she knew she'd love and how she learned to sell and network with confidence.

We often hear the recommendation to "trust your gut," to lean into your intuition when making decisions. But what if you're not sure how to do that? In the past, I couldn't tell the difference between my intuition, fear, or analytical mind. With practice, however, I've learned to receive information from my inner self and trust that my gut is steering me down the right path.
In this episode, I'm talking about how I learned to tap into my intuition and truly trust my gut, both in my personal life and in my business. I'm sharing actionable tips for connecting with your intuition and busting some common misconceptions. Plus, I'm walking you through my process of dropping into my body and trusting intuitive insight.

Do you ever hear a voice in your head saying you aren't good enough? Or that things won't work out for you?
That voice is your inner critic, and unfortunately, many of us have struggled with this voice for a long time. These voices keep us stuck in a state of fear, and they prevent us from becoming our best selves. But when you learn to quiet your inner critic, you can break the cycle of negative thoughts and make big moves, even when they're scary.
In this episode, I talked with Cindy Tsai, a board-certified physician turned mindfulness teacher and life coach about the complex relationship between us and our inner critics. Cindy shared her own story of rethinking her career path, how to practice mindfulness when your inner critic speaks up, and three steps to quieting that negative voice in your head.

When does fear show up in your business? Did you turn away from it or lean into the fear, curious to discover what lied beyond it?
As entrepreneurs, we get to handle fear differently than most people. We have the opportunity to take more risks, invite change into our lives, and lean into uncertainties that others might avoid. So when that fear creeps in, you must learn to accept it, work through it, and trust your intuition. In this episode, I'm diving into the relationship between fear and entrepreneurship, and I'm sharing how I learned to work with fear. You'll learn why fear isn't always a sign to stop moving forward and when to take it as a message to keep going. Plus, I'm discussing how entrepreneurs handle fear and risk differently than others.

Do you ever feel energetically drained? Like you can't say "no" to taking care of others, even if it means neglecting your own wellbeing?
For highly sensitive people, it can feel impossible to set–and keep–strong boundaries with those you love. And even if you do keep strong practical boundaries, you may still need to reinforce your energetic ones in order to take care of yourself.
In this episode, I'm chatting with Manisha Tare, a mentor and guide who helps highly sensitive people navigate their emotions, gain self confidence, and set strong boundaries. She's breaking down the importance of energetic boundaries and teaching us when and how to check in with ourselves.
