Are you spending too much time doing non-revenue generating activities within your business? Dreading your bookkeeping, email management or even social media management?
When it comes to your business, you can't do it all. For some time, you may be able to be a one-person show but eventually, you'll want to hire some support. That's where today's guest, Riah Gonzalez comes in. Riah is a virtual assistant matchmaker and soon-to-be author.
In this episode, Riah and I talk about how she accidentally fell into entrepreneurship and how she's used her business growth journey as a means to heal. We talk about what VAs can do to support business owners and how to address your hesitancy of taking tasks off your plate.

Before a client invests in you, they have to trust you–your expertise, your experience, and your ethics. If you want to develop that trust, you need to establish your credibility in your field. And while I know it's intimidating to speak your mind and step into your role as an expert, it's truly the best way to transform audience members into eager clients.
In this episode, I explain how to establish credibility as a business owner and an expert in your field. I share the value of embracing your unique opinions and speaking up about them, and I explain how doing so can attract the right kinds of clients to your business. Plus, I share a few practical tips for helping you find your passions and share your knowledge with your audience.

Are you doing the inner work to show up as your best self?
When you start a business, you can encounter a lot of mindset blocks: fear of judgment, feelings of inadequacy, and of course money insecurity. But in order to grow your business, you have to do the inner work to overcome these barriers and be the CEO your business needs.
In this episode, I chat with Therapeutic Mindset Coach Zysha Smiley about doing mindset work as a growing entrepreneur. She shares the ways our bodies give us hints about the state of our inner selves, and she explains which mindset blocks keep us stuck. Plus, we explore how starting a business acts as a catalyst for personal growth.

When was the last time you practiced doing less?
As entrepreneurs, we often feel pressure–either external or internal–to keep a tight grip on our work. And on top of being high-powered business owners, we try to be full-time wives, mothers, and friends. If you've ever felt this pressure, you know how draining it can be. You also know it's impossible to give your all to everything. So is it possible to lead a balanced life and grow your business at the same time?
In this episode, I'm chatting with six-figure success coach Wesley Reece about her work helping high-powered Christian businesswomen create balance while scaling their businesses. She's explaining how releasing control can actually help you grow, and we're both opening up about times we've experienced resistance in our businesses.

Do you feel aligned with your purpose?
Some business owners spend years searching for meaning in their businesses. They buy all the courses, hire all the coaches, and try all the "hacks". But the key to finding purpose, alignment, and fulfillment in your business isn't looking externally, but internally.
In this episode, I'm chatting with faith-based mindset coach and "personal trainer for your mind," Mimika Cooney. She's explaining why it's so important to shift your focus internally and do the mindset work. She's sharing how we can scale our business and find more fulfillment by slowing down and doing what feels right, not just chasing the trends.

Fear of growth. Fear of rejection. Fear of failure. Fear of success. Our subconscious thoughts can hold us back if we're not careful. They can keep us from attaining what we truly desire, in our personal lives and in our businesses. These thoughts can make us feel not good enough or afraid of reaching a milestone (whether it's more clients or charging more for your services) as an entrepreneur.
It's time to take back control of your subconscious mind. In today's episode, I'm chatting with Sabine Schwartz, the Booked Solid Mompreneur, about how Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) addresses the root cause of what's holding you back—the past trauma and experiences that live deep inside of you that affect everything you do. You'll learn how this technique can help you release what's blocking you and your growth and rewire your mind to help you achieve what you desire in your business and beyond.
