Brian is the filmmaker behind the feature-length documentary Food Lies and host one of the top nutrition podcasts Peak Human. He graduated from UCLA with a degree in Mechanical Engineering before turning to technology and selling an app company. Brian now works as a health coach at Evolve Healthcare and founder of  the health education company Sapien. He is also the owner of Nose to Tail which practices regenerative agriculture and increases access to well-raised animal products.
