There is no offseason in pole. Most studios operate on a term by term basis and 52 weeks per year. Even competitions are all throughout the year, meaning you might be working in "on" mode for a whole year. Taking breaks for pole dancers is hard. We fear we lose strength, friendships, and flexibility, but every one of us will likely need to take time off in our pole career. Your goal should be longevity. This episode will help you understand the realities of taking a break from pole and how you can prepare best for one.
So it all started with an idea 💡
Bring Dan Rosen on to talk about all things Tuesday Topics. A popular segment, which allows pole dancers to submit topics anonymously and get feedback, ideas or advice from the many pole dancers who follow the pole dancing meme page... Pole Lols.
BUT! In true uncovered style, we got sidetracked, so it is appropriate to call this episode Internet F*ckery!
Steph and Dan uncover:
◽️ The realities of social media
◽️ The mindset it takes to operate larger social media platforms
◽️ And of course, some juicy Tuesday topics
This is a two-part episode, so if you haven't already, go back and listen to last week. .
