Going into this fall season, we want to provide the UFR community with a guide for their binge watching. If you find yourself in the habit of watching the same two shows over and over again (Don’t worry, we love Stranger Things too), we encourage you to listen and find a new show. Today’s episode is particular to dramas that we encourage you to binge watch.

The purpose of this series is to get to know the people of UFR and allow for self reflection in your own life. On today's Monday Message we breakdown the importance of adding a little extra teamwork into our lives to build us towards being happier people - which is our one consistent goal on the podcast. We encourage you to be an active teammate in the lives of the people around you and it will in turn help build you up into a happier person.
